A reader recently asked me what star signs the Carreros are, and my immediate thought was, Oh, I actually know this. Because, of course, somewhere in the mountain of character notes I’ve collected over the years, I gave these people birthdays and star signs long before most of you ever met them. Apparently, knowing who they fall in love with, what trauma I’m going to inflict on them and how much chaos they can create wasn’t enough. I needed to know when they were born too.
Some of them were ridiculously easy. Jake could only ever be a Leo. That man was practically born demanding everyone look at him. Warm, confident, ridiculously charismatic and completely incapable of doing anything quietly. Alexi was just as obvious because there was no universe in which that secretive, intense, suspicious man wasn’t going to be a Scorpio. Some of the others, though, had me arguing with myself because they could easily fit more than one sign.
I didn’t choose them purely from the usual star-sign stereotypes either. I looked at who they are underneath all the romance, drama and general Carrero insanity; their good points, terrible points, tempers, fears, weird habits and, most importantly, how they love. So, after digging through my old notes and reminding myself just how much unnecessary information I have stored about fictional people, here are the official birthdays and star signs for the main characters across all four Carrero trilogies.

Jake – Leo
Birthday: 8 August
Jake is unmistakably Leo. Charismatic, confident, physically affectionate, playful, generous, proud, protective, and accustomed to commanding attention without trying. He loves extravagantly and wants the people he loves inside his warmth and protection. His temper, stubborn pride, need to fix everything, and difficulty accepting rejection also fit.
Emma – Capricorn
Birthday: 7 January
Emma is controlled, disciplined, hardworking, private, cautious, and fiercely self-reliant. She survives by organizing everything, containing her emotions, and refusing to appear vulnerable. Trust must be earned, but once someone gets through her walls, her loyalty is permanent. Even her internal voice constantly analyzes risks and consequences.
Daniel Hunter – Gemini
Birthday: 6 June
Daniel is quick-witted, restless, hyperactive, flirtatious, sexually curious, socially adaptable, and terrified of feeling trapped. He uses humor, movement, women, parties, and provocation to avoid sitting still with his emotions. Underneath that performance is a more complicated, anxious man who desperately needs connection but doesn’t always know how to handle it.
Leila Huntsberger – Aries
Birthday: 4 April
Leila is a tiny firecracker: bold, impulsive, energetic, confrontational, funny, affectionate, fiercely independent, and incapable of hiding her temper. She acts first, feels everything immediately, and has no interest in being controlled. Her bubbly confidence disguises deep insecurity, but even frightened Leila fights rather than retreats quietly.
Sylvana Carrero – Cancer
Birthday: 2 July
Sylvana is the emotional center of the Carrero family. Maternal, nurturing, intuitive, domestic, protective, sentimental, and fiercely invested in creating safety for damaged children. She feeds people, gathers them into her home, notices what they need, and loves without making them earn it. Threaten her family and the gentle mother becomes a force.
Giovanni Carrero – Scorpio
Birthday: 11 November
Giovanni is private, controlled, powerful, strategic, intimidating, sexually intense, and almost impossible to read. He rarely explains himself, but he notices everything and quietly manipulates events to protect his family. His loyalty runs deeper than his public behavior suggests, his word is absolute, and betrayal permanently changes him.
Sarah – Pisces
Birthday: 6 March
Sarah is gentle, emotional, forgiving, romantic, affectionate, and instinctively maternal. She feels other people’s pain, comforts without judgment, and remains loyal even when Emma gives very little back. She can be dreamy and overly forgiving in love, but she often understands emotional truths before Emma is ready to face them.
Marcus – Libra
Birthday: 14 October
Marcus is the least certain because we see him mainly through Emma’s hostile early opinion. What emerges later is a sociable, flirtatious, sexually suggestive man who dislikes ugly emotional confrontations but enjoys partnership and romantic gestures. His relationship with Sarah is turbulent, yet he repeatedly returns and eventually stages a beautiful public proposal.
The Carrero Heart Trilogy
Arrick “Arry” – Taurus
Birthday: 10 May
Arry is steady, dependable, patient, physically affectionate, protective, practical, and extremely difficult to shift once he decides something. He prefers control over chaos and tries to be the reliable man everyone trusts. Even his fighting style reflects contained physical power rather than reckless aggression.
His biggest Taurus flaw is his stubborn refusal to confront emotional change. He stays with Natasha because it represents stability and because he hates hurting people, even when the relationship is clearly wrong.
Sophie – Scorpio
Suggested birthday: 6 November
Sophie is intense, guarded, passionate, suspicious, possessive, emotionally complicated, and fiercely loyal. She hides vulnerability behind recklessness, humor, anger, sexiness, and attitude. She doesn’t love cautiously, she either keeps someone outside her walls or gives them the power to destroy her.
Her jealousy, survival instinct, emotional extremes, ability to reinvent herself, and need for absolute trust are classic Scorpio.
Natasha – Virgo
Birthday: 8 September
Natasha is serious, restrained, respectable, practical, health-conscious, and focused on constructing a conventional future. She is a nurse, pays close attention to Arry’s diet and routines, and wants an orderly domestic life. She is also highly aware of appearances and initially keeps her uglier emotions controlled.
When hurt, that control turns into criticism, resentment, fixation, and attempts to correct a situation she cannot accept.
Nathan “Nate” – Sagittarius
Birthday: 7 December
Nate is confident, funny, sexually adventurous, restless, commitment-resistant, and protective of his freedom. He treats relationships casually until his own emotions catch him. He enjoys provoking people, avoids serious conversations, and assumes he can keep moving without becoming attached.
Once he loves Jenny, that carefree nature turns into fierce protectiveness and some spectacularly bossy behavior.
Jenny – Cancer
Suggested birthday: 14 July
Jenny is shy, gentle, affectionate, nurturing, loyal, relationship-focused, and deeply vulnerable to rejection. She wants emotional security, commitment, home, and family. She accommodates too much when she loves someone and remains in painful situations because letting go feels worse than being hurt.
Once she and Nathan settle, motherhood and family become a natural extension of her personality.
Christian – Libra
Birthday: 7 October
Christian is sociable, affectionate, stylish, charming, romantic, diplomatic, and obsessed with beauty and presentation. Fashion is not merely a job for him; aesthetics are how he communicates. He thrives in friendships, hates seeing people he loves isolated, and often acts as the bridge between Sophie and Arry.
He can also meddle, dramatize, flirt, and push people towards the romantic outcome he thinks is obviously correct.

Alexi – Scorpio
Birthday: 9 November
Alexi is one of the clearest Scorpios in the series. Secretive, intimidating, strategic, possessive, sexually intense, suspicious, emotionally guarded, and absolutely ruthless when betrayed. He reads weakness quickly and keeps control by revealing almost nothing about himself.
When he loves, that same intensity becomes obsession, protection, loyalty, and a willingness to destroy anyone who threatens what belongs to him. His entire relationship with Camilla is about power, trust, destruction, and transformation—all major Scorpio themes.
Camilla – Aries
Birthday: 30 March
Camilla is fiery, combative, impulsive, proud, independent, sexually confident, and almost incapable of quietly accepting an order. She survives by fighting, running, thinking quickly, and refusing to let anyone see her fear. Even when terrified, she instinctively raises her chin and challenges whoever is threatening her.

Mico — Libra

Gino – Scorpio
Birthday: 9 November
Gino carries the same intensity, loyalty, possessiveness, appetite for risk, and capacity for self-destruction, but expresses it through charm, provocation, sex, drugs, and reckless excess rather than Alexi’s secrecy and rigid control. He deliberately pushes boundaries and tests his brother’s reactions, yet remains deeply attached to Alessandra and serious about their commitment despite their unconventional relationship. Alessandra – Sagittarius

Jackson – Taurus

Rachel Hunt Carrero – Sagittarius

Rachel is unmistakably Sagittarius. Independent, blunt, funny, impulsive, warm and fiercely protective of her freedom. Nicholas Carrero – Capricorn

Denzier – Gemini

Denzier is curious, mischievous, talkative and completely lacking an adult filter.
