This is me

This space is a reflection of my life and how I move through creativity — a little bit busy, a little bit chaotic, and full of ideas.

I’m Leanne (L.T. Marshall online), based in Scotland, and I’ve been engaged for what feels like forever (22 years and counting). I’m a mum to two kids and share my home with a dog, a cat, a bearded dragon, and a snake — which probably tells you everything you need to know about the level of calm around here.

I come from a large family, and I think that sense of noise, warmth, and overlapping lives has shaped me more than anything else. There’s always been a lot going on, a lot of stories being told, and a lot of making do with what’s to hand — and that’s still very much how I live and create.

Creativity has been a constant thread through my life. I’ve always been the sort of person who needs to be making something — writing, crafting, experimenting, learning as I go. I don’t tend to arrive at things fully formed; I figure them out by doing, and then I share what I’ve learned along the way.

That’s the energy behind everything you’ll find here. This isn’t a polished studio or a carefully curated brand — it’s a lived-in creative space. There are finished pieces, works in progress, half-formed ideas, and plenty of curiosity.
